How does it work?
Yes! Returns and exchanges (within 90 days of you receiving the order) for unworn and unmodified items are always free at LIV Watches. We will even send you a free shipping label if you live in the US.
What is your return policy?
Returns and exchanges are 100% free for items in unworn or unused condition (i.e., original tag and paperwork, unworn and unmodified) within 90 days of receipt.
How do I return or exchange my order?
To start a return or exchange, simply click here. We’ll send you a notification as soon as your refund has been processed or your requested exchange is on its way. Please allow up to 7 business days for online returns to be processed and/or shipped.
